Nacionalni Plan Reagovanja

National Review of emergency/incidents management in the country has changed radically as a result of recent developments in this regard. The current threat environment includes not only the traditional spectrum of natural and technological hazards, and those caused by human factor (such as lowland and urban fires, floods, oil leaks, leakage of hazardous substances, traffic accidents, earthquakes, storms, epidemics and distortions in energy infrastructure and industry) but also the terrorist fatal arsenal of various chemical, biological, and nuclear radiation weapons. These increasing risks and complex threats of the XXI century require a joint and national coordinated approach emergency / incident management. National Security Strategy for the management of domestic incidents sets clear objectives for national joint efforts to prevent risks within the country; reduce the country’s weakness against major disasters; other emergencies and acts of terrorism; as well as reduction from damages and recovery from major disasters; other emergencies and acts of terrorism that might occur
